Gorgen E-Waste Recycling

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gorgen E-Waste Recycling website and the services we provide. By using our website, submitting a request, or scheduling a pickup, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

Gorgen E-Waste Recycling provides pickup-only electronics recycling, data destruction, equipment decommissioning, and related cleanout services for residential and commercial customers across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. We operate from a home base in Hemet, California, and do not maintain a public drop-off location.

Scheduling and Pickups

Pickups are arranged by appointment. When you request service, we will work with you to set a pickup window based on your location and the items involved. We ask that items be reasonably accessible on the scheduled date. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service for materials we cannot safely or lawfully handle, or for locations outside our service area.

Pricing and Estimates

Many residential pickups are free, while commercial jobs, add-on services, and certain bulky or specialty items may carry a fee. Any prices generated by our online cost estimator or quoted in advance are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Final pricing depends on the actual items, volume, and services involved, and will be confirmed with you before any work is performed. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving a quote.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to dispose of the items you present for pickup and for removing any personal or sensitive data from devices unless you have arranged data destruction with us. While we handle equipment with care, we recommend backing up any data you wish to keep before your pickup.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorgen E-Waste Recycling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including any loss of data on devices provided for recycling or destruction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
